I wish I could give zero stars to Eprolo, as they’ve thoroughly earned it during the four months I've been using their services. The 2-3 days processing time advertised on their FAQ is misleading—over 40% of my orders were delayed, with some not shipped for up to two weeks or more. Their shipping policy is equally unreliable, offering no solutions when packages are delivered later than the express shipping timeframe paid for, unless the delay surpasses 30 days. Eprolo has consistently demonstrated a lack of regard for their customers. If there are other options available for your business, I recommend avoiding Eprolo altogether.
